To save you time searching through long lists of properties and to make sure you do not miss out on newly listed properties you might be interested in, we have implemented a Property Alerts facility where you can create property Alerts so when new properties matching your alert criteria get listed with us you will be notified by e-mail right away.

Save Properties for Sale/Rent, Businesses for Sale

Create your own favorite Property/Business list so you keep track of your favorite Properties/Businesses, this way you only have to search for your favorite Properties/Businesses once, save them and access them from My Saved Properties for Sale, My Saves Properties for Rent or My Saved Businesses for Sale at any time you like.

While you do a search in a particular area you may find one or more properties that you would be interested in, you can save those properties and access them at any time, even after you Sign Out, the system will remember your saved properties.

Access our Internal Messaging System

Communicate directly with Advertisers via our Internal Messaging System. Advertisers are informed of your query as soon as a query is generated. Therefore the response time to your query is reduced significantly.

Keep track of all your Messages Sent to or Received from Advertisers.

To keep a clean Sent/Received Messages list you can remove any unwanted messages/queries at your discretion.

To be able to use our Internal Messaging System you must have an active account with us and be Signed In.

For prompt response to your Property/Business queries we advise you to send your queries after you Sign In to your account.
